PC turned off, properly grounded and so are you. Two options.
1/remove mobo cmos battery, let pc sit for a week to drain remaining juice from the chip.
2/locate the cmos jumper pins and block on the mobo, short the pins then return the jumper to the normal position.Where on the board the cmos reset is, I can't tell you. Refer to your product documentation or failing that, look up the mobo on the net, get the specs and map. Make absolutely sure, that the pins you short are for the reset, before doing it.
