  • Not any more than opera music, or any other kind of music
  • Yes. Yes it does. BTW. I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you.
  • It can. Don't ever buy into the lie that music does not affect or influence the way you act or think. Thank you and may God bless you. :) -In Jesus' Name.
  • Not necessarily, but hard drug use and/or AIDS have been shown to lead to rock music.
  • not in my opinion. the person itself decides if it wants to use n end up w/hiv or aids depending on how advanced the hiv is
  • Yes. Rock music leads to AIDS. Pop music leads to syphilis. I'm not even going to TELL you what listening to rap will get you!
  • I'm 48 and have been listening to rock & roll since I first heard the Beatles in 1964. I don't use drugs and I don't have AIDS. I have many friends who are my age or older that are the same as me. I have met people in their mid-60's who love rock & roll. Watch out for the jazz crowd;-)
  • Yeah. That's why it is impossible to open new CD's. It is for your protection. It's also important to shower frequently after listening to music, as you could get a contact buzz from cocaine, and you can contract AIDS through spores in the air.
  • No. People who use drugs do it from learning a bad habit, not because they have a gift for the wonderful art of music. Some of them might even be bad drivers on the road, but it was not a result of their musical talent. One thing does not have to do with the other. Do some groups bunch up to do things that are not beneficial? That I agree with, but again, it was not the musical talent what caused it.
  • Thats like asking if rap/hip-hop leads to gang activity, or if blues leads to suicide. There is no connection. However if you are already doing drugs, rock music is more enjoyable. That would be the only connection between the two.
  • It is the other way. Persons with drug abuse tendency are mad after rock music. Music in general is said to be that emotion which goes beyond the limitations of language or race.
