  • Where are these privately owned things located? I'd say that if they're out in plain view then there's no expectation of privacy and therefore you could sell them without the owner's consent and because the pictures are your's anyway. However, if they're in an area of expected privacy (such as inside the owner's house or garage). then you'd need the owner's permission to take the pictures but probably wouldn't need the owner's permission to sell them. If you took the pictures without the owner's permission and then sold them then the owner might have a claim against you. BTW, if you see my avatar please don't think that I'm being a devil's advocate. ;)
