Do you visit your dentist for a teeth cleaning every 3 mos, 6 mos, 1 year, or some other schedule?

I have mine done every 6months....If I had beter INS I would want to go every 3 months. I am afraid of losing my teeth....There is a question how many people acually are afraid to lose their teeth?

Now that I am older, every six months.. used to go once a year but my teeth aren't perfect anymore.

I have to go every 6 months. I rarely get cavities, but it's a good thing to visit your dentist regularly.

I had always gone every 6 months, but now I just started going every 3 months. My dentist said that in middle-age, people often switch to a 3 month schedule, since new problems can crop up sooner, and existing problems need to be monitored better.

My dentist suggest every 6mths but 'cos its so expensive (like having a check-up), I don't go as regularly as I should. Instead, I go about every 9-12 months.
