  • Follow these directions, I am quite serious, it will help! Point your pinky finger on your left hand straight up into the air. Take a deep breath through your mouth and exhale. Now take a deep breath through your nose, and exhale. Hold the extended pinky finger about six inches from your nose and focus on it. Take two more deep breaths as described earlier. Touch the tip of your extended pinky finger to the tip of your nose and make a "boink" sound as you do it. There you go! If you can do that you know that you have a hand, you have a nose, you have humour on your side, and there is someone in the world that took the time relieve some of your tension by making you look silly. Cheers. The tip of your nose is where peace resides from now on.
