The relay is under the hood. It will be in a black box. There is power going to it so be carefull. When you remove the cover flip it over and read the label it will be numbered. If the relay is in the box to remove it just push it to the right or left and then pull up it will not come out if you pull straight. If you want it wouldn't be a bad idea to disconnect the battery before you remove the relay. Other possibility - The heat sink sensor blower control module

their is also a resister under the blower motor try changing that Grand Prix are known for them to go
