I would not tip any less then $100.00

Sorry if I'm ignorant about this type of activity, but just what did the dealer do to aid you in winning? If the dealers are always rotating in and out of play, how would you be fair to each one?

20% is good

15 to 20%

$100 is only 0.5%. You could even go up to 1% and $200 if you win $20,000. $25 of $2500 is 1%. So this was in the same ratio. I thought that tips were gratuities, not entitlements.

Does he leave hint to the next dealer?
-
I dont think you should tip the dealer at all, in the UK tipping is banned in casinos in case the dealer is dishonest and shows any bias toward the biggest tipper
-
i dunno maybe a cupple hundred

Give him 1k. He deserves it. He gave his time to be the dealer for your enjoyment.

I don't know about Vegas,in the club I work our dealers make less than $9.00 an hr. The IRS takes 6.5% of their tips out of their wages. They are basically living off of tips. I won't tell you what to tip, for myself I would have given up at least a grand or fifteen hundred.

HA - someone who gets pissed at a tip needs their A$$ kicked. They autta be thankful they were given anything at all. The winners are not obligated to tip anything. If you win 20k and you happen to have the pissed dealer as your dealer at the time.. Hand him a buck and tell him you want 50 cents change back.
