Who's paying for the annulment? :)
-
In a word .. 'hellyeah!'
-
No,I sure wouldn't.

Okay, i would if i can just tell him what my body look like and he the same. I will play the game due to the fact that I love shopping and he get the understanding of me being a none...He gets none...Now, Show me the MONEY....FIRST..lol

No, I wouldn't do it. It is illegal. It is fraud and lying to a Federal Official, which is a felony. Additionally, it can take a very long time for someone to become a Permanent Resident and then you are stuck in a marriage and cannot move on with your life.

Not ever....I waited till I was 35 to get married and it was for love and not money....there are a lot of marriages of convenience but I could never do it :)

hi can let me know such a friend to me also... i also in similar situation... if u find anyone like that ... pls do inform me...

I woulndt do it. But not out of moral reasons, it just sounds like too much trouble, work, and the risk is too high for me to bother. You get a huge amount of money. Maybe. If they dont pay you cant exactly sue them. You're stuck with a person in your life (whether it just on paper or you actually have to live with this person). You'll be limited (if you in the meantime end up finding the one you do wanna marry you cant until you've gotten "divorced"). Another side: if this friend of yours is a female offered to marry a man, Id be suspicious, and not let her stay alone with this man. You never know, once married he might feel he has rights over her body.

I know someone who did this. Personally I would not. It's a felony crime to begin with. And marrying to become a citizen is hardly what it's made out to be on TV. It's a lengthy (years long) process and you truly need to live together as man and wife.
