Why prove the others right? Let others believe what they want to, but don't prove them right by going out and doing the thing they're accusing you of, simply because you think everyone believes it. The thing about being innocent, even when no one believes you is that your conscience is clear in the end. You know you didn't do it, and that's really all that matters, and you didn't give into some stupid desire to prove everyone right. Yeah, it sucks to feel like everyone's against you, but it'd suck even more knowing that you did it simply because they were.

Because then they would be right in thinking you have been doing it all along. I would rather prove them wrong because in the end the truth comes out.

if i haven't done it it is because I dont want to. If i want to do something...I DO it. Makes sense to me.

As you know, Babycakes and Joe Cool are right. But I'm with you! I say "I'm in trouble for it anyway, I might as well enjoy it, too". Fortunately, I haven't been accused of robbing a bank, or stealing a car and driving it off a cliff. Yet.

It's pointless to live your life according to other people's belief of you. You will be happier living your life according to your own beliefs :)
-
maybe its a situation where you wouldn't do it for your own dignity and because you never wanted to do it to start with
-
Because YOU would still know what you did, and you are the one that has to be happy with yourself and be able to sleep at night, regardless of what anyone else thinks.

Fair enough. *Has underage sex*
-
No, because you know you didn't do it and you have to be true to yourself.
