  • it sounds to me that he's just stuck at his "peak" .. he may even stay at that same max for a few more months but he'll shoot rite back up after a while... weight lifting is frustrating like that.. it jst take patients and diciplin
  • Average bench weight should be 95 pounds for a 14 year. Work on your triceps, and your shoulders. Do pullups for your back. All of these play into your bench press. There is much more to it than just the chest. You'll start to get stronger and stronger the more you lift. Just do more power workouts.
