    Just make sure that you already did the practice rounds with all of the barrel busting and such, and after about 2 rounds of barrels, you should be able to attempt the preliminary rounds. If that is not your problem, try to do another world or two and check back with Phil and you should be able to go back at it, but make sure that you are good enough to take on Cerberus, as he is a tough guy to beat!
