He did once on camera... Was grinding fish to chum for something... Otherwise, he's been close a couple of times... (And... NO... I would NOT like to do many of the jobs he tries... especially those crawling into tiny little spaces!)

He was just on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Said he got sick on camera twice (once was my prior answer on a shark boat), and four times OFF camera.

Heck no. He's the man with the plan. He revels in getting all mucked up. Without Mike Rowe, lots of people would be unaware of all the sordid lines of employment out there.

Maybe he's bulit up an immunity to it after all this time.
