I think it is funny, but it is a lawsuit waiting to happin. (I cant stand frivoluis lawsuits) someone will be insulted and sue the school because there insulted.

I guess they objected because no matter how innocent the picture. The implication is of the shirts real meaning is obvious

Surely you've noticed the double entendre of weiner for penis. Sex isn't allowed to be displayed or talked about, (except in a sexual education or health class) in school. I think it's silly, but that's their rules.

I'm wearing that shirt right now XD. It's my sleeping shirt. No, nothing wrong with it, the school can say it's not allowed, but they can't punish him for wearing it.

At the end of the day, if you as the parent are fine with your son wearing this shirt then so be it. However, you must respect the rules of the school. I guess you have to draw a line somewhere... I guess this is an example of the blurry edges. However, if you think this is utterly ridiculous, you can always send your son to a school that feels differently (my personal opinion is that it might be difficult to find one that supports this kind of slogan). Personally, I don't think that it is that bad of slogan, however I wouldn't let my 4 year old wear it... but hey, its ultimately your decision!

It would be nice to know the name of the person who rejected that shirt. Its a stretch to say weiner relates to penis. its sounds more like harrisment .

It's interesting, isn't it, that the US constitutional guarantee of "free speech" ENDS, when you enter a building where constitutional guarantees are taught.
