Not everyone does. The bleeding is caused when the hymen is broken. It can be broken through other activities as well though.

yes, because you've never had sex before so your really tigh, so when you do the skin rips and tends to slipt a bit so it bleeds.... unles you masterbate alot before then it wont because yuo'll be loose.

Yes most women bleed...but not all..every women is different. After having sex for the first couple of times I bleed..then it cleared..it is totally normal.

it occurs in quite a lot of young women, the answers that i have read so far, most of them are correct. it does depend on wether the girl is using tampons or pads before she has had sexual intercourse because if she has not had sexual intercourse before, but she is using tampons while on her period then this means that she is less more likely to bleed as she has broke her hymen.But all young women are different! when i first had intercourse i did bleed. also when people on this site are talking about excise and it can rip your hymen this is also true! but when you first have sexual intercourse dont think that it is bad that you bleed and your not normal because it happens to a lot of girls.

Some do, some do not. It's usually a matter of whether or not the hymen has been broken already, and many girls break theirs early on without ever knowing it.

i thought i did... already since i was a cheerleader and soccer player... but it turns out i didn't while having sex with my parnter i began to bleed i think ethier your partner was to rough on you and you weren't ready for sex or as the other's said... it was your hymen that cause the bleeding but don't worry about it, the bleeding will eventually stop...

Very Normal !! I was young and naive when I first had sex and didn't know I had bled so bad until my partner showed me. It was my first time ever. I was embarrassed that he showed me (loser) and it scared me. Years later I realized it was normal.

yes most of the time the first time you have sex you bleed. I've had some girls ask me if it made them start there period. But it doesn't, they'll bleed for a lil while then it should stop. oh my ok .. yeah i did use Tampons b4 i had sex. when i did lose my viginity. I bled alot...dont want to scare any girls. But i bled so much that the entire bed was bloody and in the shower i saw tissue, kind of like really big blood clots just poring out of me. i put a pad on and the bleeding stop the next morning. And my husband waas nott rough at all we were both virgins soo it only lasted a few seconds lol. and he wasnt fully inside me. so everyone is different you dont lose your virginity by using tamponz!!!
