I'm gonna be perfectly honest and it was when I was a kid in London about thirty years ago. Under a railway Bridge someone had just sprayed ' BOLLOCKS' in foot high letters and I've never forgot it.

In 1980 or 81, in college, I was walking towards what passed for downtown Champaign, IL, and on an underpass was spraypainted in fading letters "LBJ is a Hitler / Bring your sons home".
