We use ground turkey as the base for a shepherds pie kind of a dish. Brown some ground turkey along with chopped onions, carrots and celery. While that is cooking down, make some mashed potatoes (all the amounts depend on how big a baking dish you use and you can season to your own liking). When the potatoes are done use them as bottom layer and then put the turkey veg mixture on next (some folks add corn we use peas sometimes). Then you need two of those little cans of crescent rolls (the pillsbury kind from the dairy section). Unroll two cans and put on top of the dish and bake until the top is brown. You can use gravy too (yes we use the kind from jar). This is easy pretty yummy and taste good next day too,

Don't know how unique it is, but I like to marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing and grill them. Very yummy.
