No.A right by definition is an action that requires no sanction.No one has the RIGHT to free health care.Your basic most fundamental right is the right to your own life.YOU have the responsibility to take care of it-and that's a GOOD thing! :)

government and business, in the us and every other nation, manipulate the people, including using scare tactics, for their own advantage. americans have a relatively strong support net available to them, although losing much of it. if americans want something, like free health care, they must express their concern to all of their representatives. if not, they personally own responsibility. if they do and, ultimately, the government doesn't give the people what they want, then the people have the option of not re-electing their congressmen and senators. democracy ought to be more responsive to people's wishes than any other form of government.
