I don't know who is better; I love them both. I would venture to say that Mr. Black is more optimistist, as his anger is fueled by unmet expectations, that is to have an expectation is a sort of hopefulness.

Lewis is better, in my opinion. Ron is southern, while Lewis is a Jew who lives in New York. Ron is calm and seems like a happy, drunk, fat man while doing his comedy. Lewis is pissed, yelling, and nearly ranting like an angry drunk, fat man. That about covers it.

Lewis Black. I personally don't like Ron White, but I think Lewis Black is ridiculusly funny.
