If you try to recycle your condom then you basically negated the purpose of them. Shaking it off will not get everything on that condom off. What your basically doing through this practice is not using a condom at all. Your exposing yourself to the fluids of the other person and your fluids to them. Might as well not even bother with the condom if that is what you are planning.
