This is a silly, ridiculous goal. It's not possible, unless you count killing yourself as a successful diet. It takes time to change yourself. You are young, and you have so many years to look forward to. Take your time.

Eat healthy and exercise. Don't starve yourself, don't take diet pills, don't puke after you eat. You can lose 100 pounds if you really want to, but give yourself enough time to reach that goal. You'll just get frustrated if you set unattainable goals.

why so fast? Is that when your starting high school? Anyway you shouldnt set an unrealistic goal...just eat healthy, cut out the junk, be determined and dont give in to temptations,(way easyer said than done). Plus hit the gym 5 times a week for an hour each...thats a good start....

Quit junk food, soda, (sugary anything for that matter), breads, pastas, potatoes, (anything starchy). Eat skinless chicken breasts (small ones), salads (watch the calories in the dressing), fruits, veggies, drink 8-10 glasses of water a day and get moving. Walk..alot. Good luck and STAY HEALTHY above all!
