If I seriously pig out? More than twelve hours... If I eat just enough to feel satisfied... I can last for about eight or nine...

well I am a buffet junkie and really it only takes 20 or so minutes for me to get ready to go again ...its like Chinese food .love it ...love it ...love it :)
