The best way to get over your fear and kiss him/her is to get to know him/her better. Do things with him/her that make you want to kiss him/her. Like go hike somewhere or go do something you both like so when the time is right it will just happen and you won't feel the pressure but the willingness and wantingness of making that kiss happen.
