My Motorola v220 buttons do not work, all except the power button are unresponsive. What's wrong?

    tininjun72

    your key pad is locked. Go to menu/settings/security/unlock/apps/1234 is the code unless someone changed it. enter:1234 try first.

    if you menu button it stuck too. try holding # power at the same time
