  • I am sure that in various situations they have. It is often necessary to violate one's human rights in order to uphold those of many others. Conflicts between human rights occur all the time and people, especially Intelligence operatives, must use their judgment and conscience to reach the right decision. Many operations are canceled when innocent lives are at risk and others are carried out, despite the risk, in order to save other lives.
  • Probably in similar ways to the KGB, CIA, MI5 and the 'secret' intelligence services of many other countries have. Mossad certainly did a lot to uphold the belief in the proper way to deal with war criminals when they found countless Nazi war criminals who had gone into hiding in different countries all over the world.
