Help answer this question below.
unplug your fuel pump relay, take a paper clip, straighten it out and stick it into the gray wire in the harness connector at the relay and hook up an ohm meter to that end of the harness and go under thr truck and unplug the harness connector on frame rail near tank(three wire or 4 wire). plug the other end of your ohmmeter into the gray wire at that plug, the ohmmeter should read .2 ohms if it is digital. if it does not read and says OL, that means that the gray wire is open or broken between the relay and that plug. If it does read .2 ohms the wire may be broken from that plug to tank sender.
A few questions. Is the fuel pump running when you turn the key on? Listen at the tank to see. The fuel injectors in the Throttle body have their own fuse labeled ECM 1 in the underhood fuse block. Have you checked that one? Hve you changed the fuel filter? It is on the inside of the drivers side frame rail.
