  • I don't think so, and here's why. When someone posts a question or answer, the user who has sent a post is the one responsible for whatever content may be displayed. The user should be aware of any nonsense, or offensive content, should not be displayed. And that's where the moderation flags come in, to delete the content. Of course, you can still edit your answer at anytime, by just clicking the edit button right above the answer, but one should be aware of the content that is being posted.
  • The Terms of Use are available for all to read. There are many other ways to find out what is okay to post here and what is not. Each member is responsible for their own content. There is a minimum age requirement here and that supposes that anyone over the age of 13 or 14 can follow the guidelines and rules. We don't need someone to warn us. It's not a life or death, or economic burden to have a question rejected. It's only a Q&A website. If you think a rejection was in err, you can use the Feedback button and ask the staff to reinstate it. If you want you can try to restate the question again in a different way to get it back on here. That should be enough for anyone without burdening the Staff even more.
