  • Exercise, cardio work in particular, and lowered calorie intake is the only way to loose weight. You could also do some sort of ab work, just do like 10 a day in your room at night or after you wake up. The personal trainer at my uni gym said that doing 10 crunches in the morning right after you wake up is like doing 30. It's apparently got something to do with lying in bed while you sleep.
