Can any one mention the recipe for pancake for just one person. I don't want to waste flour if no one else likes it?

Ok. So this is what I'd do. Go to your local grocery store, and pick you up a box of Aunt Jemmima's Pancake mix that comes dry in a box. Just read and make just what it calls for on the back. When you do this instead of making it the hard way, it saves you on time, and a big mess. If you even make too much of the batter, you can always put the leftovers inside of a freezer bag and put this into the freezer, or in a container for the refridgerator, and cover with saran, and then use the next day or so. I hope that this helps you just a little bit.
