Sounds like too much estrogen from possibly soy/milk products.

It can be hereditary or due to gonadotrophic hormonal imbalance or excess in case of disease However, in the later case, there are other symptoms of hormonal imbalance like infertility or irregular menses. If hereditary, no such problems exist.

It is perfectly common and normal for a woman to have a few hairs around the nipple, on the outer edge of the aureola. If the hairs suddenly appear on the nipples themselves, get this woman to a doctor.

It's normal to get hair around the nipple, If however there is a sudden hair growth that is coarse I would suggest going to see you GYN just incase

It's a question of 1) her body being sensitized, during the first three months of fetal life,to respond to testosterone and 2) relatively high testosterone to estrogen ratio during adult life.

Genetics. I've heard of this before, so don't worry.

if it's sudden probably a hormonal inbalance, but with the high rate of breast cancer, if it just popped up see a doctor

I think it has to do with your genetic makeup. I have noticed a lot of girls have nipple hairs. Most pluck them out and there significant other doesn't even know about their existance. I dated this super hot girl in college, and that was my first encounter with female nipple hairs. She had like 5 or 6 of them like 3/4 of an inch long. I didn't know what to think or say in the beginning. After awhile I started to like them because of their uniqueness. Ever since then I always look very closely at nipples, and to my surprise I can almost always find some.

Christ, here we go...OK, as humans we have hair on every inch of our skin, except out palms, bottoms of feet, lips and such. SO, some hair grows really fine and blond and you can't really see it but it's there. Some hair grows dark and thick and you see it more. That's all it is.....a woman with hair on her nips has it because it's dark and you can see it more. That's why they invented tweezers. Here's the snarky answer; becasue men have hair on thier nips; because we're human, genious.
