    Yes. But, if you use your parents medical insurance to get it, it's possible the insurance company might inform them about the abortion. You'd need to call the insurance company and check. However, if you pay cash or whatever, you can make an appointment with a clinic and have an abortion. Here's a link to one such clinic: http://www.fpamg.net/

    I think so. Today I just turned down signing a petition to require the parents to be notified when a minor gets an abortion.
