I'm not bad in the elevator in the building my dentist is in, but it's only three floors and the elevator is so slow that it's much faster to walk up the stairs. But generally, I'm scared to death of them.

Going in a lift is madness unless someone you know knows you are going in it or you know, for sure, that you can get a mobile signal from the moving (or so often is the case not moving)lift. If you are stuck in the lift and no one knows you are there, you will die eventually. Take the stairs, alot better for you fitness and your potential to survive long term. I am not mad but I have been stuck in a lift - very scary indeed.
