Yeah they can. The sex of the partner you have sex with does not indicate weather your gay, straight, or even bi. Its just a sexual act between two people. Now most men wouldn't unless they are gay or bi, at least most straight men wouldn't admit to it. Think of a gloryhole. you never know whats on the other end. It could be a guy but if it is it doesn't make you gay or bi.

A straight man talks both sides of his mouth because if a straight man is in prison, he would accept oral sex from another man then he would not admit to it after he is out of prison,straight guys who are in prison accept oral sex from another man all the time. There are also straight men in prison who would give his consent to oral sex from another man, and say they were rape straight men in prison do that all the time too.
