Over the past 20 years, over 19,000 studies have been conducted to examine the impact of coffee on one's health. It cant be that bad. I come from a family of farmers and they chug down coffee like crazy, yet most men in me family live past 90. anyway, coffee sticks to me closer than a brother. =D

The jury is still out but recent studies have found drinking coffee in moderation can have some health benefits. As with most things, moderation is the key.

Coffee has a few health benefits. Drinking it regularly can hold back eye twitches. And the caffeine in it can help kick-start metabolism for those who suffer hypothyroidism. I drink coffee because it settles my stomach. Caffeinated or not, coffee has something in it that minimize stomach problems I have on a regular basis.

Caffeine is a mood elevator. The normal 5-6 coffees we have a day does no harm but some good in that it keeps us in good jovial mood. Other than this caffeine in moderate doses does not apper to have any positive effect on our system.
