  • Either take it back to where you bought it or call Microsoft and try to get them to fix it. Either way, welcome to xbox 360 hell. :o(
  • Definitely call them. The number is in the instruction/warranty package. We had a problem with ours and they replaced it for us. We had the new one within 2 days of shipping out our old one.
  • This typically is a problem with the disc. Try playing a different copy of the same game. If the problem still continues, call 1-800-4-My-Xbox and they should be of further assistance. Also, is this happening with 1, many, or all of your games?
  • hey i would send it off cause mine was doing the same thing and id just restart it over and over till it finally picked it up and now we have no video only audio. tried replacing the cables and still no video you know xbox really ticked me off with this one the 360's are falling apart everyone i know has had at least one problem with their console and had to send it off i think we should all get together and sue cause this is some cheap a** crap we just payed like 500 dollars for and it working like it was only 100 bucks wat a waist of money
  • Buy A PS3. Microsoft should of had Toshiba or someone with a reputation with making electronics. Its almost like McDonalds making cars, saves them money but they're not good at it. Microsoft can make software, but apparently not game consoles.
