  Greetings the issue that im about to talk about has been bothering me for sometime and i thought it would be best if i can get advice from people.I have strict parents and i think this has affected my social life negatively.The only time i could actually spend time with my friends was at school,and i was at a boarding school in high school.During the holidays my parents would never allow us to go for friends birthday parties,movies and just generally spending time with them as they believed having a social life was not important.we rarely used to have friends over because me and my siblings would always be afraid of bringing our friends home because of the fear of what our parents would say and do.The only time i had friendships that existed was when i was in school,the moment i went home for holidays my friendships were non existant.I am currently in University but im home on holiday and my parents have given me a curfew which is at 18:00 hrs.My parents barely let me have freedom.I now look at my life and ive realised that i barely have any friends.No one calls my phone to ask to do anything with me.My social life especially when im home is non existant.And ive stayed with not having really close friends for a very long time.What advice would you give me as i need to have a social life and friends with whom i can spend time with?

  2 days ago I met Gril that her friend has a crush on me. I walked with her to that.girl and she didnt look any way sympatied about me she just facepalmed and get a bit shy when she saw me.Next day she asked me about my name I decided to tell it. When i came back from school I looked on facebook and they in fact invited me. Today I decided to ask for real whats going on she still says that her friend has crush on me stuff. But still the girl that she was talking about doesnt show any kind of feeling to me.They are propobly 1 year younger than me (Im 17) . So my question is are they just joking or theres something more that I dont noticing. Sorry for my english but its not my native laungage

  My girlfriend and I were happy together had a dog lived together and talked of marriage. My friend would always come over and hang with me, after a while him coming over turned into a everyday thing. Long story short, situations happend like me and my buddy hanging in the garage and him saying goodbye and then an hr later I go upstairs and he's sleeping on the floor next to the couch we're my girlfriend is sleeping. Other things like they had exchanged phone numbers without me knowing. I asked them both if anything was goin on I felt like an idiot when they both said no. Time passed then more stuff like I pulled into the grocery mart parking lot and there sitting there talking . I ended up asking my girlfriend and my friend a ton of times if what I was feeling like they were hooking up was real No no no your insane and insecure. Ok my girlfriend ended up leaving me because of all this she told me that they never talked at all. We're broken up now and my friend still comes around but he dosnt seem like a real friend he says I would never do that, and then bragged to me the other day about how he hooked up with a chick who has a boyfriend.

  I had know this man 38 years ago, I thought of he and the people we knew throughout the years. We lived in the same state but not the city. I decided to look him up again on Facebook and this time I went inside his page to see if this was him , I sent him a message of familiarity, pertaining to things only he would know if this was the correct person. It was him and he was so very happy to hear from me,told me I always had and still have a special place in his heart, the feelings that he had for me over the years, dreams he had and I had similar dreams as well, mine did not include him only the words from the spirit.   Today I have an exam, my teacher asked me to give an example for each tense in English. I did: "I'm learning English" for the Simple Continuous, and she said it was wrong because it must have the word "now". I don't know. It is right in English if I write :" I'm learning English" without any context

  My father was having girls over for the night because he recently was divorced so he wanted to get me out of the house he bribed me with his nice truck and 60 dollars to leave and go do something i crashed his truck into a fence and then got out of the truck called him and he came and pulled me out with his big rig truck we got into a fight at the house and his retaliation was calling the cops on me for a hit and run now i have court over it who is at fault me or him?   CAN I create bank who's only job would be to manage people money and bank will make money only through (providing service of tan section, debt card,etc (no loaning interest no credit) by question is will it work will it be able to compete with other banks and government because i am muslim and like in muslim country and muslim dont like interest based business and loaning involve interest so if people support this kind of bank will it be able to survive because banks control money supply and they would not going to like this idea

  I was diagnosed with schzo affective disorder and a nurse was giving me an injection about 3 years ago after that injection my body became slow, and tired. I feel weak . I can't excercise properly or run , my body feels heavy, I went to my doctor he sent me to get some cardio work done, they said nothing is wrong with me but I can still feel weak. What should I do?

  I have a trip to Paris planned with my parents, girlfriend and her daughter (9yo). Recently we found out that my father has prostate cancer and will need to undergo radiation treatment. He wont be able to come. Should the rest of us still go? My father has my brother and sister who will be able to support him while we are gone. I am going to feel bad if we go without him but also if we don't go at all. My girlfriend, her daughter, and my mother are really looking forward to the trip and still want to go. Should we not go? My sister is giving my mom a hard time about it. The trip is in a month. Thoughts?

  I am currently studying at a 4-year university. I have a 4.0 GPA and by the time I transfer I will have a 65 credits (most of them will not most likely not transfer because I am at a private university). I am trying to transfer to the south but I can not afford out of state tuition, where can I go that gives good scholarship where I can study for 10k/year or less?
