  • Nursing graduation is a big deal and she would appreciate your thought. I would get her a card. :)
  • How long is not very long? I think that's a very sweet gesture.
  • Yes, you never know how long you'll end up with this guy. But its a plus to suck up to the parents even with a card and flowers for a graduation for the mom.
  • Since you haven't been dating him long I would just go with the card. She probably isn't expecting anything from you and will probably see the card as being very thoughtful for thinking of her.
  • Go for it , she'll love it .
  • Nothing wrong with celebrating someone getting an education and entering one of the toughest professions out there. I would go card. Since you don't know her well and scrubs would require knowing her size (or worse, guessing), I would avoid the scrubs.
  • It's never bad to get in good with the parents, and the thought of a card would be more than expected - so I'd go that route.
  • Blue; I would keep it simple and get a card, I would think it would not be apropriate this early in the relationship to gift her. but put it in your calender and get her a gift on the one year anniv, she will be shocked you remembered! phil
  • i'm an rn and i promise ya.....she'd LOVE IT! i think it's very thoughtful of you :)
  • I'd probably do both! I bet she'd like you lots then! :o)
  • How about you make her a card with little origami scrubs? What about a gift certificate to a professional uniform shop?
  • The Uniboober's idea for origami scrubs is great - and you can get cards that have that kind of thing! I bought my friend a card for her baby - it's flat but opens right out into a mobile that you can hang above the cot or pram, so sweet! They do a whole of then for all occasions, and I know that they do a hospital one, although it may not be nursing. <Now you're gonna know where you can get one... : > And as you don't know her, she won't expect anything elaborate from you, will she? How about some Crocs instead!!
