When I was pregnant I had all kinds of crazy dreams...hormones and all. But the sad truth is, if left unresolved it could affect your pregnancy. Lack of good sleep only leaves a body more stressed and can stress can lead to higher blood pressure, tension headaches, etc. I would consult with my OB/GYN for advice on the best route to take if it continued much longer.

Hi there Congratulations on your pregnancy, how exciting for you. I hope that you are going to the doctor for regular checkups? It is perfectly normal to feel nervous and tense while you are pregnant but you need to relax for your sake and the baby. You need to go to the doctor and check your blood pressure is OK and the baby is doing OK. Once you find out you are healthy you will probably relax alot more. The nightmares are probably because you are feeling tense, try to relax at night and meditate on holding your beautiful healthy baby in your arms. A glass of warm milk before you go to sleep might help. Everything is going to be fine and very soon you will have a beautiful baby to love. Good Luck.

Dreams are normal, they won't affect your baby.

its normal to have strange dreams doing pegnancy due to hormones, I did myself. It wont harm the baby unless u really really get stressed over it, if so just try to get up after the dream, make urself a warm drink, rub your belly imagining ur beautiful little baby in there and talk to him/her soothingly. Imagine how happy you are going to be when u finally get to meet your little Angel and Im sure all the stress will go away.......congratulations and well wishes
