I moved + had to start my fm year of high school. I'd sit in the back of the bus + this jr.guy would + turn completely around + stare @ me the whole ride home. did he liked me? if so Y make me feel scared + intimated? Y do U think a guy would do that?

Trust me, he doesn't like you, for several reasons. 1-Your a freshmen, you are off limits. 2-Your a freshmen, you are to be made as uncomfortable as possible 3-Your a freshmen, he's trying to freak you out. Oh also, you might want to check where he's staring, often times I'll get lost in thought and daydream my way through my whole bus ride (too cheap to drive to school daily). He may not be looking at you, but rather through you, or perhaps out the window above you.

He may feel wrongly that he knows you from somewhere, he may have a low mentality, he may be showing off for friends benefit or he may be a wierdo you should avoid. Sit at the front of the bus and avoid him.

This question is too vague for me. You say he turned around and stared at you. What else was he doing at the time? Did it look like he was glaring or staring at you with longing? Was he staring through you, at your chest, your face, or you and your friends? I need more details.

Well, if he stared at you the whole ride home, and you know this, doesn't that mean that you stared at him the whole ride home as well? Maybe he was trying to figure out why you were staring at him.
