You have a vaccum hose thatz connects to your vaccum box under battery tray.Its located near passenger Headlight. Assembly, might have to remove headlight. Assembly. Replaced vaccum hoses w new if cracked or reconnect vaccum hose that may come loose.Also look on driver side of lower climate. Control section.See if level come attached.
Pull the glovebox out and look for a control arm or vacuum line that leads up to the defroster area.
Possibly a vacuum leak or the contol arm that moves the diverter door is off.
do i need to remove the heater unit on 2000 escort td van to change heater matrix ?

The heater in my 2003 Kia Spectra DOES NOT WORK. We have replaced the blower motor, the resistor,and the relay and I still get NO air flow.

How hard is it to change a heater core on a 96 ford escort? And what does it involve as far as removal of dash components?

After changing my heater core I now only have hot air coming from all the vents. What did I miss connecting?

You're reading I have a 2002 Jeep Gran Cherokee. The heater will only blow air out of the defroster. I have checked all the fuses, replaced the control knob panel but no matter what position I place the knob in it will only blow out through the defroster. Suggestions?
