Bad question. As soon as someone is born in a place it is their birthplace. Jews, christians and muslims have been born there. That makes it complicated. It should be a city in a country. Whoever 'owns' it needs to allow any religion that wants to practise there practise - so long as that doesn't involve killing anyone not of their own religion...
