If you are concerned about cleanliness during anal sex then you need to give yourself an enema. You can use an enema bulb syringe, an enema bag, or a shower attachment called a shower-shot. You basically will lube up your asshole and then introduce warm water slowly into your ass. You let it fill up a bit and then go on the toilet to release it. After a few rinses you will be clean. I don't either! Just wash normally, and make sure you don't need to poop right before! Poop is held deeper inside of you than you think! It's not "right there"

I don't use enema either. Just insert your finger or something preferably longer. If there is something on the way (!) you'll need an urge to go to the toilet. Then just wash well, with soap, so that the dick doesn't smell bad afterwards.
