How does one "prepare" for anal sex? (Cleanliness is what I'm talking about) I mean, in porn they never make a mess.

I go through a whole sort if ritual. I am all about being clean back there.
I have found for me.. enema's. Now... I will tell you I sat in rite aide prking lot for 10 min before going in.. knowing what I was looking for. Since I have read about this.
NOT a problem. It's with the tampons, douches and condoms. I got a WATER BOTTLE...with attachments for douch or enema. (You can also use it for your periods! Feels great on your back and tummy.) Just use warm water, and I use a dove bar of soap. Your butt.. really does come out to smell like roses!!!!! I did not use K.Y. ... just dove. It's gentle, and smells like a girl should. Stand in tub.. tub water on, warm .. fill the bottle. Put some dove soap on your fingers and just moisten the outside...and maybe just a little inside. (If you can not handle the size of your finger.. go on to something else, other than anal sex for awhile.( Put the anal attachment into your anus ( put soap on the attachment too) wait about 10 seconds or so.. You will fill like you really gotta go pooh. take it out.. and step to the toilet. Do this 2x or so. Then.. just about 3 to 5 sec back in your anus a few more times. Just to rince it out. You will be able to ex-spell this part right in the tub. It's really just soap and water now. You may have to fill the bottle 2x.
Now, For health.. I get worried too. What I do.. I put just a bit of regular yogart in there once in awhile. Gives back the good bacteria. (Not during sex though) Make yogart a part of your diet. This all sounds like a pain in the butt, but it only takes about 10 min. Give yourself about an hour before the anal intercourse.. you might still get rid of some water here and there. However.. your butt smells like roses... so let him lick and play with the outside. I'd rather have a ritual like this, rather than the accidental alternative.

If you are concerned about cleanliness during anal sex then you need to give yourself an enema. You can use an enema bulb syringe, an enema bag, or a shower attachment called a shower-shot.

You basically will lube up your asshole and then introduce warm water slowly into your ass. You let it fill up a bit and then go on the toilet to release it. After a few rinses you will be clean.

Poop is held deeper inside of you than you think! It's not "right there"

I don't use enema either. Just insert your finger or something preferably longer. If there is something on the way (!) you'll need an urge to go to the toilet. Then just wash well, with soap, so that the dick doesn't smell bad afterwards.

I don't eat for two days prior to having anal sex I have normal bowell movements and then I shower right before the act, inserting my fingers with lots of soap and clean myself until everything is clear. That's a good question and I know I didn't think about that when I first became curious about anal sex. We read about cleanliness and other tips to prepare, but what helped us the most was a book I bought for us to read - Arouse Her Anal Ecstasy. That really answered a lot of our questions.
