Here we go again....(sorry, I answer a lot of questions like these...:-P..) Given that it seems to die out in gear yet start fine in park, it would seem that the idle speed is not being correctly controlled. This could be due to carbon buildup in air intake, a faulty idle air controller (IAC), an EGR valve that's opening when it shouldn't, or a sensor problem. I think in the long run it would be cheaper to have a professional diagnose it than to keep throwing parts at it. Good luck.
