  • neither, it speeds up the digestion, you dont loose anything. it also gets rid of some of the toxins in your body when fully digested
  • By speeding up digestion, if you ingest too much fiber and speed up the digestion alot, you can lose a bit of the nutrients in your food, but that is fairly minor. You also will probably not absorb as much calorie wise, but it is not going to help you lose much if any weight.
