If you two are artistically inclined, or just willing to try, you should try a collaborative piece. It could occupy anywhere from an hour to a week of your time depending on how ambitious you are. Also, if you guys are up for a scheduled thing, you could try taking a fun class together, like pottery or cooking or even dancing. Whatever you do, remember that its being with each other thats important, and pick something both are into.

picnics going for walks - i'm not talking about getting in some good ol' fashion excercise, though that's great too but just get in your car, go to a park, and walk and talk for a few hours, feed some ducks, watch kids at a playground... or if you're more the in-doorsy type - since it's winter and all...i'd think cooking together, or going through old pictures and making collages would be fun puzzles, cards, 20 questions... hope you enjoy whatever you do, and maybe you get to learn a bit about your partner
