  • When you go skiing, be prepared to fall on your butt, and be prepared to skii down the slope backwards with your butt up in the air to the embarrassment of all you are with.
  • You should try skateboarding. Get your legs under you. Get the feel for it. I'm sure they'll start you on a slight slope.
  • take a lesson and save your self a lot of trouble, be safe, have fun,
  • Definitely get a lesson right away so you can learn the basics: turning and stopping. This will make for an enjoyable experience instead of a scary one. Also, learning in powder makes for an easy landing.   • oh mi gosh lucky! i suggest you try skiing if you prefer to fall on your side or bum instead of your face or bum + on snowboarding you sit down a lot and get a wet, freezing but! and I have skiied every weekend since I was 2 or 3 years old and skiing is great! (you might want some lessons and whatever you do, do NOT! try to impress people that are better then you because that is what we call Phunters (you should try the easiest terrain park there is at the end of the week. You might surprise yourself!) by the by, I LOVE SKIING, ITS THE BEST!! & can I come with you PLEASE! (Joking!)
