  • Yes, proper diet, exercise and meditation. But that isn't to say that you should go without necessary sleep. Sleep is vital.
  • Yup, put yourself in a dangerous situation every day where you may die at any moment! So if going to war or something like that is totally unappealing or against you religion, then I suggest great sex... and I do not mean just with yourself. Although, me, myself and I have had pretty good sex together.
  • Sleep. The more you sleep the less you'll need it. (forgive me - I'm just extremely bored)
  • Meditation. I believe it helps me achieve a more relaxed state than sleep sometimes. It certainly energizes me. I also juggle and this is like meditation for me also.I average about six hrs. of sleep a day and feel great. (:
  • caffiene will not keep you awake. The drug only works for about 1-2 hours and then you need another coffee. Sometimes caffiene can 'backfire' on you. This means it can stop working and make you feel very tired. Too much caffiene will make you more stressed and anxious and can cause panic attacks. Drinking water will wake you up! So will eating a peice of fruit. Apples are good for waking me up. How much sleep a night are you having can I ask and do you have a reason why you sleep a lot like high stress or anxiety or cognative problems?
