The otiginal recipe for coca cola was prepared by pharmcies and it did at one time have cocaine in it to allevaite headaches and such.
for some people it's probably the caffeine or the sugar .. idk why I drink it bc I only drink diet caffeine free lol
The caffeine is what makes it addicting.
It's carbonated.
its addicting?
cause i think it crap.
just an opinion
It's not, it's the habit thats so addicting. It's second nature for some people to grab a soda when they get home, it becomes ingrained in their minds.
Really the best way to stop it is to just replace the soda, I personally use Apple Cider to do it, helps me keep my weight down.
My best guess is either the sugar or caffeine.
nothing is addicted, I view it as person's psycological problem, it is just a mind game.
that is my opinion.
caffeine.
Caffeine, it is a legal, and not very strong drug. But its still a drug.
I can take it or leave it.
The caffeine and the sweeteners they use, both regular and sugar free. The sweeteners, especially high fructose corn syrup, is made to be addictive and makes you feel like you haven't eaten or had something to drink so you want more.
Probably the enormous amount of sugar in it. It causes your pancreas to release insulin which takes up all the sugar in your blood. The resulting dip in blood-sugar causes hunger and cravings for more sugar.
It's a vicious cycle which leads to obesity.
