    I'm sorry your husband cancer :( Although I do agree with Dan Savage's advice of 'if your partner is unwilling to please you then they should let you look for it elsewhere or the partner has to come to terms with the fact they'll be cheated on' (yes, controversial, I know, but true for a lot of people), I don't agree with it in this case because of the sensitive nature and the fact that the cancer isn't in his control or of his choosing. Unless he actually brings it up it may be different but otherwise, I wouldn't suggest it. The best I can say is try to pleasure yourself the best way you can.
