The one you can't reach. You just have to get to it and scratch!
pins and needles..when you can't get them to stop.
I can't imagine where I'd have an itch I can't reach - I can reach anywhere I need to. Though since there are social situations where scratching certain areas may not be such a good idea, I'll go with that, since pins & needles don't bother me.
Ugh... the unreachable ITCH, of course.

Its got to be the unscratchable itch, because the pins and needles go pretty quickly :o)
Is coffee too much of a jolt for the the brain in the morning
