It's possible, but you need to change your eating habits as well. Also, I think 2 or 3 times a week is more likely to help than just once a week.
Once a week is not enough, I would go every other day and with some sit-ups the tummy should flatten.
you should do it at least 3-4 times a week and you will see results faster. just suck in you tummy when you rollerskate and it will work in no time at all.
Well I dont think you can but some exercise is better than none at all.

Not just once a week. You need more cardio. 4-5 times a week. Watch your caloric intake.
It would be best to do 2-3 hours 4-5 days a week instead of once a day for 2-3 hours. Also eat more fruits and vegetable at least 2-3 times a day.
Just don't follow it up with a bowl of ice cream
