Can I lose my tummy fat by rollerskating ? I plan on skating once a week for 2-3 hours

    It's possible, but you need to change your eating habits as well. Also, I think 2 or 3 times a week is more likely to help than just once a week.

    Once a week is not enough, I would go every other day and with some sit-ups the tummy should flatten.

    you should do it at least 3-4 times a week and you will see results faster. just suck in you tummy when you rollerskate and it will work in no time at all.

    Hellll to the Naw Bobby!!!LOL To lose belly fat do sit ups and leg lifts. Make it challenging if you like by racing your kids. I compete with my daughter because my son will kill me..(lol)

    It'll help, but depending on the amount of "tummy fat" you may need a more rigorous activity.

    Not just once a week. You need more cardio. 4-5 times a week. Watch your caloric intake.

    It would be best to do 2-3 hours 4-5 days a week instead of once a day for 2-3 hours. Also eat more fruits and vegetable at least 2-3 times a day.
